Store Manager

£25,000 - £30,000 + £5,600 bonus + Manager bonus


40 hours per week

As Store Manager you will have real passion for driving sales by leading your team to deliver. You will model our service culture and engage your team to do the same. Treating your store as your own business is key, so planning and decision making is important. As a leader of people, you not only develop your own business but also yourself and your team though your interpersonal skills, all supported by strong communication skills.

  • Builds relationships with key support functions to drive own business
  • Looks for way to develop results by utilising operational support
  • Merchandising follows the customer journey
  • Plans ahead and communicates what role own team play
  • Understand the business, local markets and trends.
  • Seeks new opportunity outside of own business
  • Uses own knowledge and systems to maximise profit and turnover
  • Manages cost and margin
  • Involves the team with local plans and decisions that impact on the operation
  • Understands the impact of own decisions that drive the business
