Finance Manager - Transactions

Trinity House Group are working exclusively with a longstanding service based client, experiencing exciting growth and development - to recruit a talented Financial Transactions Manager. Based in Central Birmingham with the flexibility to work from home, you will lead a team in delivering a strong service to the business and customers. Through effective leadership and continuous improvement, you will ensure adherence to suppliers payment terms and effective cash collection.

Examples of Accountabilities:

• Effectively lead, motivate and manage the team to include 1-2-1's and personal development plans
• Oversee activity relating to Accounts Payable
• Stakeholder management, both internal and external - eg. Supplier liaison

• Passionate about Finance management and continuous improvement
• An effective people leader
• Flexible, willing to be hands on when required with escalated issues
• Highly experienced in similar Transactional Finance Management roles
