My client a leader in the software field are seeking a confident, personable and professional candidate that builds rapport with ease and can confidently communicate with clients at all levels.

As an Account Manager you will:

• Own the end to end relationship with our clients
• Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Make visits to customers to identify opportunities for growth
• Build relationships and demonstrate services to new and prospective clients
• Listen to client requirements and tailor an account plan
• Demonstrate services and solutions to existing clients
• Create detailed proposal documents
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the renewal process
• Manage the portfolio of work
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain client records and CRM data
• Ensure KPI's are met and exceeded - focus on customer retention and contract renewal, as well as upsell opportunities

Skills & experience Required:

• Previous account management
• Strong academic background
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and communications skills
• Articulate
• A commitment to excellent client service
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in customer service and retention
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• 1-2 years relevant work experience
