My client is a rapidly growing professional association based in Shirley. Due to a relocation within the team they are recruiting for a Finance Administrator to support the Finance Manager with the essential day to day financial task and activities within a fast paced finance department. This position is ideal if you are a graduate or just finished an apprentice.You need to be organised and responsive as priorities and workloads can vary. Customer Service and Credit Control play a big daily part of this role.You will be responsible for managing the finance emails, accurately recording monies received against the sales ledger, running the purchase ledger and carrying out all credit control procedures. You will also assist with raising sales ledger invoices and be responsible for the processing of credit card and petty cash spends.
