Reporting into the Senior Marketing Services Manager, you will ensure clientsatisfaction, as well as supporting the marketing team to deliver outstanding results to clients.You will be confident to liaise directly with clients and bring passion and zest to this already zesty agency!This small but very dynamic agency thrives on relationships, both with clients, the internal team and a large network of external partners and contractors who deliver projects with them. They offer a relaxed environment howeverevery one of the team share the drive and ambition to build an outstanding agency so you must be motivated, passionate and keen to grow.The role:* Account Managers are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve.* Acting as the first point of contact for their clients and focussed on building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts* Always striving to find the products and solutions which best fit the individual needs of the client.* Aiding internal departments by collecting information such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.* Account Managers should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. As well as being resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clientsThe Essentials of what you'll do:* First point of contact with key clients* Take structured and well formatted briefs from clients to build campaign/projects* Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points* Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements* Work closely with other members of the team in the company on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative, troubleshooting etc.* Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals, key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign (such as lead-gen, development etc.)* Work closely with Director of Marketing Ops, Marketing Services Manager and Finance on quoting and invoicing* Manage customer activity for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues* Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed* Focus on maintaining a superior customer service level, operational excellence and strategic insight* Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients* Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research* Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothlyYou will:* Have excellent attention to detail* Have a strong marketing mind* Have an exceptional way of communicating and liaising with clients* Love getting involved with brainstorming and other teamwork* Be confident with delivering presentations to clients through face-to-face meetings and video callsWhat's in it for you?* 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays* Time off over the Christmas period* A relaxed and friendly office* Private Health Care following a successful probation* A beer fridge (as well as fizzy drinks, wine and other fun beverages!), and well stocked snack cupboard to tuck into* Complimentary beauty treatments at two salons - I know, cool right!?* Company pension (with a cool app to track it all!)* An awesome team who care about each other* A company who supports and empowers you to achieve success
