Our client, based in Salford, is a market leading e-commerce retailer, with multiple awards. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an E-commerce Customer Service Manager to join their team.

Description

The successful Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the customer service team, as well as looking for ways to improve the customer service journey in a culture of continuous improvement. You will act as voice of customer within the senior management team, identifying areas for improvement and inputting the customer voice into business strategy.

Profile

The successful E-commerce Customer Service Manager will be/have:
  • can do attitude
  • experience leading a customer service function within e-commerce
  • zendesk or similar experience
  • great communication skills

Job Offer

The salary on offer is £35k - £42k

Office based role with Friday WFH
