An exciting opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic graduate or a confident, experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated Secondary School in Wokingham. This Teaching Assistant position in Bracknell will be full time. You will be working within either KS3 or KS4, dependant on where your experience lies.
This mainstream Secondary school are seeking a Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills, a compassionate ear, and excellent patience to assist with a child who has significant behavioural issues. The child has an EHCP which the successful applicant will be responsible for adhering to, and for developing new strategies for as their Behaviour Support Assistant.
This Secondary school are looking for confident, dedicated Teaching Assistants who are enthusiastic and passionate about their input into a child's education. Ideally, the successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have excellent behaviour management skills and desirably some form of restraint training.
1 year full time contract

Relevant previous experience would include youth work, support work, mental health work and SEN in sport.
