We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant/ Administrator to fulfil a temporary position for a company based in Milton Keynes. If you are available to start a role on short notice, please read on for more information!

Do you have general accounts experience, enjoy a varied workload and are you immediately available to start a role in Milton Keynes?

If so, we may have the role for you! We are looking for a Finance Assistant/ Administrator

Our client is looking for someone to join them on a temporary basis and the responsibilities of the role include:

Accounts duties:

- Checking and coding invoices

- Matching goods received notes and purchase order numbers

- Preparing BACs run

- Reconciling the supplier statement

- Deal with purchase ledger queries

- Process staff expenses

- Month end journals

- Petty cash

- Pre-payments and accruals

- Bank reconciliations

Administration duties:-

- Open and distribute post

- Organise post office and milk run journeys

- Order stationary and cleaning supplies for the office

- Book routine servicing for company vehicles

This role of Finance Assistant/ Administrator is paying up to £14ph
