Temporary Project Manager/Business Analyst

Immediately Required

Salary: Negotiable daily rate

Location: Plymouth

Length of Contract: 3 months +

Our client, a well-respected housing association in Devon is recruiting for a BA/PM on an interim basis to cover a secondment. Sitting within their asset management and business support function, you will be responsible for overseeing various change projects within the directorate.

Specifically, the organisation is looking at their repairs system so the successful candidate will liaise with tenants, the IT and various departments in how they can improve the service and ensure it is integrated successfully.

Day to day duties:

* Manage and deliver key business projects involving internal and external resources

* Plan and manage projects using project methodology

* Lead on implementing integrated repairs management system

* Work closely with stakeholders from within the business to gather future requirements

* Build and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders

* Identify project risk and issues, recommend solutions and work etc

* Identify and propose opportunities for improvement

* Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders

Essential Skills

* Successfully leading and managing systems related projects

* Business and systems analysis and techniques

* Experience of systems implementation
