All marketing teams work collaboratively, to the same goals and objectives and support and knowledge share with eachother to drive success.Role:Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to support brand growth and the delivery of multi channel camaigns for one of the eCommerce/ retail businesses in West Yorkshire.This is a crucial role in the business as the marketing manager will be the owner of all marketing planning, developing and helping execute activity with internal and external stakeholders.This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled marketer who is passionate about gaming, computing and technology. You will have experience across both on and offline marketing channels and will be comfortable reporting on key metrics.Your role will involve:* Marketing planning* Relationship building and campaign planning with vendors* Daily and weekly activity briefing / meetings with central team* Brand tone of voice and positioning development and policing* Website copy, content and merchandising development and optimisation* Product set up, product content development and seo content development* Landing page and site content development to increase conversion* BAU social, content and creative planning and execution* PR, link and outreach activity* Direct paid advertising execution where applicable.To be considered for this Marketing Manager position you will have a minimum of 3 years broad B2C marketing experience, will have experience with online content creation and ideally will have worked in the gaming industry, with a passion for computer games.You will have strong communication teams, will be commercial and able to work closely with trading teams and will be an ambitious, passionate and proactive individual always looking at new ways to engage with consumers and create positive experiences across digital and offline channels.To be considered for this role please apply now!ReCulture endeavour to be outstanding as a diverse and inclusive employer and are fully committed to present the best candidates for the role irrespective of background.
