Finance Business Partner (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) - Hybrid workingFTC 3 months (day rates considered)

What will you be doing?As part of the UK team focused on making a global difference to those in need, you will be:

- Designing & quality controlling monthly project budgets and forecast models- Costing labour and analysis- Undertaking detailed / 'deep dive' financial analysis using advanced Excel and financial modelling skills to extract and analyse corporate data from ERP systems & Power BI- Help develop a various monthly board reporting pack elements for the UK Senior Leadership Team- Help the UK Division transition from the existing US based reporting and forecasting systems to successfully deliver a UK capability for forecast and budgeting cycles, improving reporting and continuous improvement of reporting system and processes

What unique skills will you have?

- Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience is required- A UK accounting qualification is desirable (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), otherwise a recognised international / US accounting qualification is required- Confident with detailed / 'deep dive' financial analysis experience using advanced Excel and financial modelling skills to extract and analyse corporate data from ERP & BI systems and ideally budgeting and forecasting experience gained within a complex, international environment- Able to assess financial results and challenge data and assumptions to ensure clear and accurate data is translated into reports that drive good decision-making- Strong commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills

What benefits do you get for your hard work?

- Fixed-term salary range £65k-£80k depending on experience- Day rates considered at £350 per day
