The Role: Administration/Finance Assistant Location: Stirling Hours: Between 8.45 am to 5.30 pm - Monday to Friday Rate of Pay: £10.50 per hour Assignment Length - Ongoing
We are looking for an Administration/Finance Assistant to join a construction-based business in Stirling on a part-time temporary basis, the hours of work are 8.45 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced administrator to work on a flexible basis. This is a busy team and the days will go very quickly.
Key Duties: - * Answering incoming telephone calls to the team * Dealing with a high volume of invoices * Purchase ledger input * Matching and coding invoices * Fast and accurate data entry * Ensuring data is up to date and readily available * Preparing documentation using the Microsoft Office suite
Key Skills: - * Exemplary communication and customer service skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel * Sage 50 and or Sage 200 experience (preferable) * Previous experience of working in a fast paced team dealing with high volume of invoices * Able to use own initiative and adhere to tight deadlines * Accurate matching and coding of invoices * Fast accurate data entry
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a busy supportive team and occasionally working without supervision. You will be able to hit the ground running and prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
