Service Improvement Lead

Our client, a large international consulting business are recruiting for a Service Improvement Lead. The purpose of this role is to improve asset information within a rail environment. This is very much a ''roll your sleeves up'' position.


London / Working from home

Day rate:

£900-£1000 per day

The role:

The Service Improvement Lead will be tasked with updating contract's & putting an improvement plan together. This will include measures to improve the operational outputs.


Ideally a rail background
Service Improvement experience
Savvy stakeholder management skills up to Managing Director level
