Digital Account Manager | Digital Agency | Healthcare and Pharmaceutical | Remote WorkingOur client, are a fantastic digital healthcare agency who are winning awards on a recent and regular basis for their innovative digital healthcare are seeking a Senior Account Manager to assist in developing some of their key pharma and healthcare customers.As an experienced SAM you will take a strategic role in the development of assigned accounts across from across Europe and you will excel in building strong client relationships and ensuring that project delivery meets and exceeds client expectations. You will be involved and take accountability in driving revenue growth on existing accounts and identifying opportunities for new business development Role:

• Be a trusted advisor to all your clients, proactively identifying client needs and new opportunities for the agency
• Manage and strengthen client relationships
• Be responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans
• Financial responsibility for client budgets, forecasting, changing of scope
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to exceed client expectations
• Organically and proactively grow the business in line with account plans
• Ensure projects are driven and delivered on time, on budget and on client strategy

Requirements:

• Account Managment experience
• Great Client Facing skills
• Previous experience in an Agency or Digital Communications setting
• Healthcare or Pharma experience
• Experience of managing multiple digital communication projects at the same time
• Experience in applying strategic input into client projects 6
• Extensive understanding of a variety of media, including events, design, digital and video
• Excellent organisational skills and time management
• Strong financial understanding and management
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
