Recruitment Vendor Manager - London
The location of the role is Paddington, London / Remote
The pay rate on offer is £270 per day.
Hours per week are 40 (open to part time candidates too).
The duration of the role is 3 months.
The client is an iconic, multinational high-street retailer.
Partner with managers and HR to advise, educate and influence on a wide range of temporary worker issues.
Collaborate with cross functional partners (HR, legal, procurement, finance) to drive consistency and compliance for temporary worker management whilst mitigating employment and tax risks.
Account management of the temporary worker programme, ensuring a compliant and effective process to save costs and deliver programme maturity
Support ongoing requests whilst driving forward programme initiatives and projects.
Proactively and assertively manage issues and risks
Management and reporting of temporary worker timesheets and expense submissions to finance
Provide the business with Monthly MI and insights into our programme reporting to Project Sponsor, Head of Talent and Finance Manager.
SME for IR35 responsible for all IR35 related enquiries managing queries, appeals and support in the completion of status determinations
Establishing, sustaining and leveraging strong, influential on-going internal and external relationshipsKey experience and skills
Experience within temporary worker account or vendor management is needed
Experience working business-side to advise on temporary worker issues is preferred, but open to supplier-side experience too
Knowledge of IR35 - previous experience working on IR35 related issues is preferred
Autonomy - must be comfortable working independently and as the main day to day point of contact for the business regarding temporary worker issues
Strong stakeholder engagement - role works closely with various areas of the business
