SC Service Desk Analyst - Security Cleared Service Desk Analyst / Hybrid - Hampshire / 12 month contract / £316 Per Day Inside IR35

One of our Leading client in the market is looking for an experienced SC cleared Service Desk Analyst to join a small but established project team to work on an external Client-facing Service Desk and provide support to a number of Project Administration activities.

Hybrid - Hampshire
12 month contract
Day rate: £316 Per Day Inside IR35

The successful candidate should have Active SC clearance to be considered for this role

Role responsibilities and experience required

Answer in-bound telephone calls and monitor emails sent to the Service Desk by the Client,
log system incidents, and delegate incidents to the clients technical support team for resolution.
Proactively review progress on incident resolution, chase client and subcontractors for updates, and provide progress updates to the Client where necessary.
Monitor incidents to ensure closure within contracted Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
Co-ordinate shipping of spare parts to support incident resolution as necessary
Hold Active SC clearance
