Based near Nottingham

Our client is a leading manufacturing business supplying to the food and pharmaceutical industries. They are looking for a customer focussed and business minded Account manager to join their rapidly expanding team for 18 months within the aftersales department. The ideal candidate will have previous account management experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Job Description

Maintaining and further developing customer relationships through verbal and written communication
Focussing on the sale of aftersales products and services to an existing customer base.
Negotiating and securing aftersales contracts in line with Aftersales business objectives.
Driving a focussed business plan to a number of business partners
Prioritising excellent customer service delivery
Identifying target groups and opportunities through sales analysis and forecasting
Identifying growth opportunities in line with existing and potential portfolio of products and services.
Aware of market trends, competitors and key suppliers within the industry.

Aftercare Account Manager

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualification Required

Previous experience managing accounts and delivering excellent customer service
Experience using Microsoft Excel
Strong business mindset and business planning knowledge
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Strong communication skills
Strong negotiation skills

A Business qualification would be preferred
