Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator to work on an assignment at our well known Public Sector client based in Edinburgh.

Starting ASAP until June - possible extension
3 Full days
Hybrid Working

The main duties would be:
Internal Communications, including: Acting as the first point of contact for the Marketing and Communications Office; coordinating and producing the weekly news bulletin; coordinating and maintaining the staff Sharepoint sites and current subsites;
Digital Communications, including collaborating with the Marketing and Communications Manager in the delivery of the digital marketing strategy; responsibility for the collation and publication of appropriate content for all social media channels; regular updating of website content designated to the Marketing and Communications team including main marketing website and satellite sites; producing copy for the external news feed.
Assisting with the production and publication of marketing materials including leaflets, reports, posters etc.Essential:
Experience within a similar role
Good verbal and written communication skills
Working independently to complete agreed tasks
Confidence with IT and Microsoft computer packages
Accuracy and good attention to detail
Flexible in attitude and approach
