We are looking for a confident Junior Event Manager who can work independently – running events and driving vans – to become part of our awesome dedicated team!

Role Info:

Junior Event Manager – Theatrical Food Events
Oxford – Chalgrove, Oxfordshire (HQ) / Events can be anywhere in the UK and occasionally within Europe
Catchment Area: Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, High Wycombe, Thame, Bicester
You will need to live within 45 minutes drive of OX44 7RW
£22,000 – £25,000

Loads of incentive activities throughout the year from go karting, to rock climbing, and beyond!
Permanent – Full Time – 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends
Product / Service: Incredible edible inventions and experimental food installations for events
Clients include: Disney, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Spotify, Coca Cola

As we approach our 12th anniversary, we are one of the leading suppliers of food installations for corporate and brand events.

With balloons, mist and a few bubbles (all of which are edible), our work is nothing short of theatrical. Google us and take a look: “Lick Me I'm Delicious”.

After launching from humble origins with our first invention being created in our founder's living room, we now design, build and hire out our creations for over 250 events each year.

Though our inventions are extravagant, our clients are still based in the corporate sphere, so we are looking to expand the team to someone not only dynamic but also professional.

The Junior Event Manager role:

We rent out Willy Wonka style food machines to the events industry. Our machines include liquid nitrogen ice cream Pods, zero calorie Edible Mist Orbs, 60mph Floss Whizzers, alcoholic edible Bubble Volcanos and more.

We are looking for a charismatic Event Manager to run events for us; one day you may be driving a van into London to operate a Bubble volcano for a VIP party, the next, making nitro ice cream for an in-store product launch in Manchester or working with a wider team running Edible Mist Orbs at London Fashion Week.

About you:

We work predominantly with corporate and high-end clients so our service has to reflect this. We have a happy team here and we’d love to hire people who are going to add to that. If you work hard and smile a lot, then this is for you!

We are looking for organised, reliable, motivated, and physically fit team players.

+ Experience of the hospitality or promotions industry preferred but not essential
+ A charming, enthusiastic and engaging personality
+ Reliable and killer timekeeper
+ Positive attitude and willingness to work at unsociable hours.
+ Able to communicate effectively with guests and clients
+ Physically fit
+ UK drivers licence – You must be a confident driver especially in large cities. You may be frequently driving long distances alone
+ Live within 45 minutes drive of OX44 7RW
