Our team have an amazing depth and breadth of cloud solutions experience. You’ll enjoy delivering world class support & consultancy to customers & partners, whilst being at the leading-edge of tech learning.
Your day to day includes:
+ Acting as lead resolving technical queries raised by our customers
+ Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues across Linux, Azure, AWS & GCP
+ Break fix and implementation of client environments
+ Contributing to ongoing process improvements within our growing support department
+ Working closely with delivery, customer success & partner service teams to deliver amazing client experiences
This role gives you exposure to all 3 cloud providers, a chance to develop specialist skills in an area of your choosing and the opportunity to accelerate your career growth within our business.
What sort of technologies will you be exposed to?
+ ?We design, deploy and support customer solutions on Azure, AWS & GCP
+ We make use of scripting languages for automation including BASH, PowerShell, Python
+ We use automation frameworks such as Ansible & Cloud Formation
You'll be ideal for us if you:
+ Enjoy ownership and autonomy in problem solving
+ Have a client focused approach to issue resolution
+ Want exposure to working in our hyper scale cloud environment
+ Have experience on infrastructure support, key experience is Linux with VMware, PowerShell, etc.
+ Come from a similar environment supporting businesses with their cloud technology journey
+ Thrive on variety and resolving multiple challenges within a single support ticket
+ Are motivated by going above and beyond for customers
+ Want more technical breadth with potential to specialise on an area of your choosing
Salary & Benefits:
+ Basic Salary £40,000 to £45,000 Dependent on Experience
+ 33 days holiday including bank holiday allocation (Team rota for bank holiday cover)
