REHABILITATION SUPPORT WORKER

SPECIALIST SMALL SIZED NEURO REHAB UNIT IN SEWARDSTONE

£10.50 PER HOUR

FULL TIME OR PART TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED

DAY SHIFTS OR NIGHT SHIFTS

24 or 36 or 42 or 48 HOUR CONTRACTS AVAILABLE

8AM TO 8PM OR 8PM TO 8AM

WE ARE CURRENTLY SOURCING APPLICANTS FOR A HIGH QUALITY CARE HOME IN WALTHAM ABBEY (E4)

TRANSPORT PROVIDED FROM WALTHAM CROSS STATION, THE SULTAN - WALTHAM ABBEY AND CHINGFORD OVERGROUND TO THE HOME AND BACK.

This client's unit is a refined care home provides specialist nursing care, tracheostomy care and rehabilitation services for just over 25 service users who are living with an acquired brain injury (ABI) and other neurological conditions, who need support and assistance, or the ability to rebuild key life skills so they can lead fulfilling and rewarding lives.

The home is proud to be recognised by Headway, the Brain Injury Association and awarded the Headway Approved Provider Accreditation. This demonstrates the home's commitment to continuous service improvement and ensuring the team is trained and skilled in working with individuals living with an acquired brain injury. The home is also rated a 'Good' Service by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The home offers a bright, spacious and vibrant setting that is focused on improving lifestyle choices and independence for residents. The home provides residents with large en-suite bedrooms, a bistro, garden lounge, cinema, spa bathroom, plenty of outdoor space and several communal spaces for relaxation, enjoyment and spending quality time with family and friends.

A Rehabilitation Assistant is essential to work every day to help all residents live a dignified and meaningful life. The job requires the highest of standards, bags of passion while always considering the resident's choices, their views and respecting their independence.

What we are looking for as a Rehabilitation Assistant?

For this role our client is now commencing a commitment to provide full training with opportunities to access NVQ training which can be supported to begin to progress your career as a Rehabilitation Assistant.
