The client is looking for a professional with extensive talent management internally experience ,with the talent cycles, talent mapping (maybe 9 box grids), succession planning, career pathways and frameworks and Grad Schemes experience
Mix of recruitment roles previously worked.
Set up apprenticeship/grad scheme processes
Knowledge of recruitment cycle & processes
Experience in talent strategies - writing and implementing these
Talent side of the business - looking at entry level talent ie apprenticeships/grad schemes to create consistency & giving this the attention it needs.
