Page Personnel are currently supporting a rapidly growing and highly successful sports retail brand with the appointment of a Recruitment, Onboarding and Training Manager to join a growing team.
Due to the nature of this sector, this role is 100% office based working.
Although this role is mostly Monday-Friday, some flexibility is required to work weekends and early/late shifts (40 hr week)
Description
Working as part of a rapidly expanding distribution site, the role of Recruitment, On boarding and Training Manager is fast-paced and varied offering an exciting challenge for the right person.
Duties will include:
Working with stakeholders to take responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle and deal with high volume roles
You will ensure the candidates have an excellent journey through the recruitment process and also a smooth and engaging on-boarding
Develop a talent pool of high calibre candidates
Ensure on-boarding, induction and training is effective and engagingProfile
Ideal candidates will ideally have a proven background within a fast-paced recruitment role and enjoy a challenge.
