We are currently partnering with an awarding-winning, globally recognised organization who are currently looking for a Global Change and Governance Manager.
*Ownership of the Global Change Management, Service Transition and Software License Management policies, processes, and procedures.
*Managing the Change Management and Service Transition controls and processes to ensure that changes to information systems and related infrastructure and processes are done in such a way as to meet the needs of the business and have a minimal risk to the business and its data.
*Managing the Software License Management controls and processes to ensure the optimisation of the value, cost, and risk of their software assets during their lifecycle.
*Ensuring the appropriate control and knowledge sharing processes are defined and implemented globally.
*Coordinating, guiding, and providing management oversight of changes and improvements to services, processes, and tools.
*Line management of UK change support team.
*Extensive experience of Service Management and Service Delivery in multinational and global organisations.
*ITIL Change Manager Practitioner, ITIL Service Transition or similar relevant qualification or industry experience.
*Educated to degree level preferred.
*Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and service processes.
This role is Inside IR35 and requires the successful candidate to be in the Midlands office on average once a fortnight.
