Job Title: Exams Administrator
Location: Home/Office based (Hybrid role; 2 days office based and 3 days home based)
Salary: up to £22,000

Type: Full Time, Permanent
Responsible for accurately processing examination and certificate records in line with company compliance guidelines.
Communicate with relevant departments to ensure learner records are accurate and up to date.
Liaise closely with learners face-to-face and via telephone, regarding exams and certifications.
Provide training on examination regulations and procedures to staff.
General administration duties such as; creating reports, letters and emails etc.
Booking on-line and paper-based tests, via external portals.
Liaise with awarding bodies and EPA Officers.
Minimum of 2 years experience, within an administration role.
Ideally have experience of working within the education sector and have knowledge of examination functions.
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers through a variety of methods.
Candidates must be able to adhere to company confidentiality policies.
