VAT Accountant

Do you have UK VAT experience? Do you want to work with in internationally renowned company who are looking to add a VAT Accountant to their expanding team? If so then please read on.....

Our client is an industry leading / international services organisation. The role is managing and maintain a high level of compliance for VAT and Excise Duty. You will be managing the VAT reconciliations across the companies. Other aspects include

· Handle VAT and excise duty related topics, VAT reconciliations, VAT analysis

· Balance sheet reconciliation

· Preparing for audits

· Identify areas of improvements

The person/ experience

· Experience with UKI / EU VAT

· Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA

· Experience with working with foreign currencies

This is an initial 6-month contract with a high possibility of being made perm. Our client offers a varied role in a growing organisation. They also offer a hybrid working pattern.
