ABC Teachers are seeking Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 basis. The school requires an experienced Teaching Assistant who works well with children with Autism. The school is based in Dudley and is easily accessible from surrounding areas.
About the role:
You will be working Mondays and Fridays for the foreseeable future supporting a student in Y3 with ASD.
The student has no behaviour issues. They just need a caring and nurturing mentor to help support them in class, and ensure they are keeping on task and on track with their day too day lessons.

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will:
Have previous experience working with primary-aged children and students. (SEND experience would be beneficial but not essential).
Suitable qualifications to work with young people.
Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students.
Be able to work as part of a team.
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
Ability to commit to the role and the school for the forseeable future.
Be reliable and have good time keeping skills.
