TXM Recruit are partnering with a strong FMCG brand, who are searching for a new Engineering Manager to lead on the engineering strategy across the processing and packaging lines + the facilities maintenance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager to join a company whose products are in exceptionally high demand; backed by consisent investment with equipment upgrades and expansions to the lines. You will be inheriting an experienced team of 22 Engineers.

Coaching the performance of the team and strong leadership and planning skills will be key within this fast-paced environment.

Previous experience:

Previous Engineering Management experience with a coaching leadership style
Predictive Maintenance / planned preventative maintenance / PPM - creating and/or improving systems
Previous experience of budget control: Maintenance & repair + CAPEX
Establishing and managing OEE targets and results
Experienced within FMCG, packaging or high-volume production.Education:
A qualified engineer with level 3 qualifications and above.

Salary & Benefits:
£55,000-£60,000
Monday to Friday with flexible hours
