Salary: £42,081 - £47,658 per annum

They are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Procurement professional to join their Procurement team.

Their Procurement team is responsible for managing their external expenditure with suppliers. They are seeking a Procurement Manager to manage and support the Procurement team to provide an excellent, proactive, and comprehensive procurement service to colleagues across Citizen and to help deliver benefits for them and the communities in which it operates.

About you:

To be successful in the role of Procurement Manager you will bring with you the following skills and experience:

Experience of working in Social Housing or similar regulated sector

*

Working knowledge of procurement law, regulatory requirements, and best practice in procurement (inc. UK Procurement Regulations & Social Value Act)

*

Working knowledge of quote and tender preparation and evaluation

*

Strong interpersonal and positive persuasion skills and a team-oriented approach

*

Excellent written and oral communication skills, necessary to effectively work with managers and employees at all levels, internally and externally
