Tadewind are recruiting! Are you an organised Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in a St. Helens school?

Tradewind are currently recruiting for a hardworking and organised Teaching Assistant to work in one of our secondary schools in St. Helens. The role is to start ASAP and will continue for a minimum of 1 term, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. This is a full time position, 5 days per week. The successful candidate can expect a day rate between £70 & £73 per day.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be joining a Learning Support department who set out to reach every child reach their full potential providing support through 1:1, group work, emotional and behaviour support or learning strategies. Teaching Assistants at this school are also present to deliver focused and targeted interventions to close gaps in learning within English and Maths.

Essential requirements:

Minimum of Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or relevant experience supporting children aged 11-16
Have a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum
Be passionate about working with children and their personal, social and emotional development
