Public Response Manager role on offer for a nationally recognised organisation where you will be involved in an exciting, technical challenging role.
Are you someone who has worked within case management/community engagement? Have you worked in infrastructure projects before?
This organisation is at the heart of the British transport network and are considered as a huge part within the UK's expansion plans. as the company continue to grow they are looking to bring on a Public Response Manager to deal with complex cases.
The ideal candidate will be a public response manager who has worked on large infrastructure projects, specifically dealing with vulnerable people. You must be looking for a long term role where you will be technically challenged.

Specialist support services

The Person:

Case Management/Community Engagement background
Experience supporting applications from the public
Setting up procedures (not essential, but a big plus)
