£45,000 + Full Benefits Package

*Salaried to work 5 Days out of 7 (which may include some weekends and bank holidays)

This privately owned, revered Hotel, Hospitality, Leisure, Spa and Fitness Group are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Manager with a solid Technical background to take ownership of their IT Business Systems to further enhance their consumer experiences into the next decade.

You will need a flexible working approach you will be the "Hands-on / Hands-off" in-house IT presence who will also be required to manage a 3rd Party IT Services vendor that will support your IT Systems on a basis including all external and remote connections and communications.

This role offers the successful applicant 360 degree ownership of all in-house Business Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, Meraki Networks, Wi-Fi, Internet, Multimedia, Telephony and AV Technology.

This enticing and enviable opportunity is set in a location of over 400 acres of prime Cotswold countryside and supports a number of sites including, hotels, restaurant and private lodges.

Strategic Responsibilities:

You will assist with IT implementations for the overall IT strategy and assist in the definition for internal technology infrastructure in respect of Cloud, Network and Security technologies. Offer input and design for technical solutions that meet service delivery needs and provision for resilience and IT Vision and IT Strategy for the future needs of the business.

Operational Responsibilities:

You will act as a "Consultative Conduit" for IT Operations coexisting with other business functions and users (in-house & remote) to improve Operations from 1st to last line support for all in-house systems and act as the main escalation point, for the managed services, for problems pertaining to the business and its infrastructure platform.

This role will require energy and enthusiasm, a consultative DNA, Project Management skills and an eye for new and leading edge technology as you will be required to make recommendations and push the Business Systems forward for the next 3 to 5 years.

Microsoft Genealogy & Azure Cloud Services
Windows Azure Servers
Meraki Networks & Network Security
Must be technically competent to support PC's, Remote Devices, Laptops & iPad's
Windows Desktop 10 & 11
MS Exchange, O365, Active Directory
Virtualisation - Hyper-V, VMware
IT 3rd Party / outsourced IT support vendor management
EPOS, and Payment systems
Experience working with 3CX Telephony
Technically competent to support Internet, AV, in-house Cinema needs & AV - Audio Visual Systems
Must be able to work under pressure and trouble shoot problems quickly
Ideally some knowledge of Hospitality Systems and Sage
