Starting package £42,000 - £52,000 + up to 20% bonus

Skills required: Experience in training is not essential, however you will need credible management experience, exceptional people skills, education to degree level, immaculate appearance and a compelling presentation style

Product / Service: Executive Coaching, Training Courses, Business Consultancy
Clients include: Rolls Royce, Ford, AstraZeneca, Bupa, Yell, Royal Mail, DHL, The Bank for International Settlements, Veolia, The Open University, The University of Sunderland, British Airways, Pfizer and more.

The Management Trainer Role:

You will specialise in running inspirational management programmes, sales courses and personal development training for leading blue-chip organisations like Pfizer, Rolls Royce, Bupa, AstraZeneca and Royal Mail, as well as for smaller rapidly expanding, fast-scaling businesses. You will be instrumental in transforming their performance.

This is a career opportunity – a permanent position as a new member of the Training and Facilitation team. You will start by delivering group training to first and second line managers, then with increasing experience you will move up to designing and delivering training projects to more senior leaders, until you ultimately progress to developing directors, managing corporate change programmes and leading your own development projects as a Senior Development Consultant.

The training you will receive will be excellent and comprehensive, ensuring that you become highly accomplished at group delivery, conference speaking, facilitation and finally executive coaching and corporate change consultancy. But it all starts with becoming an excellent world class management and leadership trainer.

And for that, you need to be an exceptional candidate - maybe someone who never planned to move into training and development, but has great EQ and presentation skills.

About You:

You will need a high level of fluency in communication (both spoken and written), an easy reassuring way with people and evidence of a burning ambition – you don’t have to have run a marathon – but it would help! You need to look smart, be smart and learn quickly. A positive, solution focused approach is a must – as is setting yourself high targets of personal accomplishment.

You must be based in London and although our offices are in West London be prepared to travel throughout the UK as our clients are nationwide.
