Senior Payroll Team Leader / Manager

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking is looking fora Snr Payroll Team Leader/Manager to manage their day to day payroll operation and performance of the payroll team who process payroll and Pensions for the business.
In this role you will provide expert advice on all payroll and pension issues and deal with complex enquiries and operational issues, as well as lead and co-ordinate the delivery of an efficient and effective payroll and pension service that is customer focussed and provides value for money.
Ideally you will hold a formal payroll qualification or have commercial experience in a similar role at a similar level. You must have working knowledge of management and detailed knowledge of the pension and payroll process.
Good Systems skills is essential and excellent soft skills to enable you to bring the team forward
