Amber Mace are working with an innovative client who are looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Occupational Health and Wellness Manager to join their team.

My client are able to consider hybrid working, however you will be required to be on site in Portsmouth 3 to 4 days per week. If you are not based in the Hampshire area, my client is able to consider a relocation package. Role:
• You will be responsible for 9 delegates, a mixture of OH Advisors and OH Screening Nurses
• Report directly to the Head of Health and Safety
• Your role will be predominantly managerial rather than clinical
• Assist with the delivery of a class leading service
• Ensure the smooth and excellent delivery of case management, health surveillance, health screening, emergency call out services and health promotion
• Development and enhance customer relationships
• Promote contract delivery
• Support to develop solutions to drive the operation of the business

Requirements:
• Experienced in management within Occupational Health is essential
• Ideally, you will have experience from NHS, engineering/industrial/heavy industry, however all industry experience will be considered
• RGN
• OH qualification
• Ideally you will have a management qualification, however this is not essential
• You will have previous experience of health surveillance - safety critical, travel - vaccinations, clinical operations experience
• Strong leadership skills
