Are you available in the next 4 weeks?
If you are, Sugarman has a great opportunity to work as a referral Clark in the south London area.
Our client is looking to take on admins staff to do the following duties:
data entry and general admin duties to support the SWLEOC Scheduling team.
enter information within a time frame and use their own initiative to manage workload within a timely manner.
report daily activities to management.
call patients to book appointments and liaise with other trusts for key information.
manage emails, referrals and support other colleagues in different areas.This position is a full time role (37.5 hours)
*In this position you will have a role within a multidisciplinary team*
In this position you should also
High levels of organisation
High standards in written and oral communication
Competent in Microsoft EXCEL & Word.
Candidates will need to have Access to IPM, ICM and has to have IPM booking rights to book outpatient appointments.
Good communication and organisation skills.
experience working in an admin environment
