Time for Recruitment have the opportunity for an experienced, Site Engineer for a temporary position in Essex with a well-established Client is an expert in civil engineering focusing on major earthworks, muck shift, and drainage.

As Site Engineer will be consulting key workers on site, setting out and supervising other engineers including Sub Agents in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers' objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.

As Site Engineer you will be proficient in the use of Auto Cad, Trimble, able to read and deliver on drawings to a high spec, and use Topcon.

Key responsibilities:

* Experience of working as a Setting out Engineer on similar civils projects.

* Highly experience with AutoCAD.

* Accurate reading and delivery of drawings.

* Experience use of Trimble and Topcon.

* Able to supervise all civils engineer team on site and direct dub agents to ensure worked is to the required standard.

* Experience of infrastructure, drainage, muck shift, and earthworks

* You will be report to the site based Project Manager.

* Carry out quality checks and raise any technical issues.

* Able to ensure Health & Safety compliance on site at all times

* Be from a recognised Civils / Groundworks background.

* Strong communication skills

* SSSTS /SMSTS is essential.

* 5 years plus experience on similar civils projects

* Within commutable distance of Essex
