With the combination of data modeling, business process modeling, enterprise architecture, data governance and collaboration solutions, we provide the industry's only unified platform for enterprise data management. The business are located around the globe and headquartered in the US. They have development labs and innovation centers in New York, Birmingham UK and R&D resources in India. They have created the industry's first and only pure SaaS, web platform for enterprise architecture and are now expanding that to include other products.

Development teams:

My client are building a Web-based SaaS platform which will become the foundation for the following solutions: Data Modelling (DM), Enterprise Architecture (EA), Business Process
Modelling (BP), Data Governance (DG) and Enterprise Collaboration (EC).
They have a highly agile and distributed development team with team members in the UK, the
US and India. Keen on using modern technologies and development practices wherever possible and, of course, constantly learning and evolve as we move forward.


● Ideally, a Computer Science (BSc) degree from a reputable university e.g. a red
brick; though we're happy to consider candidates with degrees in similar disciplines
like electronic engineering and mathematics.
● Experience developing enterprise web applications, indicated by experience in some
of the following:
○ Object-oriented programming and design patterns.
○ Strong software modelling experience.
○ API design/implementation e.g. RESTful APIs.
○ Domain Driven Design (DDD).
○ Command and Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS).
○ Event sourcing.
○ Message queues (ActiveMQ/RabbitMQ).
○ Service-oriented architecture.
○ Microservices.
○ Version control (git/git flow/SVN).

● Experience developing complex front end single page applications.

○ Backbone/Marionette.
○ Angular.
○ Ember.
○ React/Flux/Redux.
○ Very strong CSS skills (not just Bootstrap or [insert popular CSS framework
here], but genuine vanilla CSS skills).

● Experience developing complex visualisations.

○ D3
○ vis.js
○ GoJS

● Any DevOps/AWS experience is a plus!

○ Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment/Delivery (CD),
deployment pipelines (Jenkins).
○ Configuration management (Puppet/Chef/Ansible).
○ Environment management (Vagrant/Docker).
