This is a high profile and demanding role within the company that will involve interaction with senior managers in the UK and in US. We seek an individual that possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to be involved in multiple projects.
You will control all functions of our post-sale business, ensuring our business operates effectively. You’ll be proactively looking at ways to improve our business fulfillment of newsletters, webinars and services.
This includes ownership of our member’s website, all printed material (newsletter and customer correspondence), email and online fulfillment, including deliverability of emails and server management.
We are looking for someone to come into our business with a vision for what our customer experience and journey should be.
You will be key to all of our project delivery and will oversee a small team.
In this role you will:
Lead - You’ll be a key leader, working directly with the Managing Director and other heads of departments. You’ll own all aspects of project delivery and implementation.
Research – You will proactively suggest new ways for us to manage our services, using new technology to deliver a high standard of customer care.
Data Management – Including data cleaning and processing, along with management of data within an international organization.
Management – Responsible for developing better internal processes across the operations team. Developing process improvements by creating and monitoring the implementation of new workflows.
Collaboration – Working closely with all other departs. IT for the stability of systems we use, editorial for usability and customer experience and finally with marketing production for maximizing internal sales.
Goal Setting – Operational KPIs and ensuring these are clearly communicated to your team and wider group.

Customer Experience – You will be able to identify when a technology solution offer the best alternative and you will be comfortable discussing these requirements with different levels of personnel.

Communication – You will be comfortable clearly demonstrating your plans and actions points, nurturing your team and delivering updates across the group.
Proactivity – You will know what it is like working in a small business and be comfortable owning your teams tasks and effectiveness.
Budget Responsibility – Effectively manage costs and development of new projects. Either using In-house resources or external partners to deliver your plans, on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have the capacity and desire to learn and understand how our systems work together to create the best customer experience.
- Previous work experience with CRM's, ecomm and email marketing platforms.
- Work closely with Management Team in UK and US.
- 7+ years in a direct response environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, multi-project environment.
- The ability to clearly communicate ideas, strategies and deadlines to team members is required.
- Strong management skills with a proven ability to drive projects to successful completion is required.
- Ability to communicate with and lead a team of developers and technically-minded people.
