Have you had customer service experience of dealing with queries and complaints through to conclusion?

Can you commute to Bracknell on a daily basis?
If you can answer YES to ALL 4 questions then we have the job for you!.....This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service / Call Centre Executive to join a forward thinking financial services company on a permanent basis, situated in Bracknell.
As a call centre / customer service executive you will be at the heart of the business and are the 1st point of contact for all inbound consumer contact (phone, email, web chat) - providing first call / first contact resolution wherever possible.
The call centre / customer service executives are also responsible for assisting clients using an online service to make international payments. You will also provide assistance with post trade queries, aiming to resolve on a first call basis. The service is provided to private individuals and small corporates, on an inbound and outbound basis, using all communication methods. In addition, you will engage with clients to gain an understanding of their overall requirements, matching these requirements to our products and promoting additional services as appropriate.
