We are looking for a concientious Office Administrator with a keen eye for detail to support our referencing team. The role offers great hours, great perks and the opportunity to work with an exciting, young business.
What's on Offer:
- Hours: 08:30-17:00
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Salary: £18,000 - £19,000
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting our compliance team by obtaining work references for successful candidates
- Keeping our database up-to-date with relevant candidate information
- Using email and telephone to keep candidates informed of their referencing process
The ideal candidate:
- Fantastic work ethic
- Great telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills - Written and verbal
- Experience of using computer programs such as Excel and Outlook
- Works well in a team
