The duties of this Pastry Chef will include:
- To report to the Head Pastry Chef
- Assist with the production of all desserts, breads and Ice-Creams etc.
- Keep to the high standards already set within the property
Experience needed for this Pastry Chef position:
- Previous experience working within a high quality establishment as CDP Pastry or above
- Ability to work well within a team, and on own initiative
- Must have the ability to work with fresh produce and experience of doing so
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent within professional patisserie
