HR Business Partner
My client, a global well-known manufacturing organisation close to Chester are currently seeking to recruit a HRBP. This will initially be on a FTC basis with the possibility of progressing on to a permanent contract.
You will support the existing established HR team, made up of a HR Director and a number of HRBPs. The department is a busy and varied operation meaning you get exposure to all operations across the business.
Ideally you should come from an engineering or Manufacturing background and be very confident dealing with ER issues including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances. You will be liaising with employees at all levels from production up the board and therefore must be a talented communicator with an ability to use diplomacy as required. You will have a strong employment law knowledge and be able to advise management on this related to individual cases.
You will support both the HRD and other HRBPs to achieve both the wider business and HR objectives by delivering and developing training, leading from the front in terms of motivating and engaging employees and being a well-rounded HR senior professional.
- CIPD Qualified
- Experience of working in a manufacturing/Engineering environment
- Strong ER and all-round HR experience in a senior capacity
- Immediately available / within a week
