Customer Services Advisor

Start date: Immediate
Industry: Call Centre and Customer Service
Location: Plymouth region
Salary: GBP18,000- GDP19,000 Annual.

Daniel Owen are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the maintenance, construction, engineering & rail industries. We are currently working on behalf of a Maintenance Contractor. My Client are looking for a Customer Services Advisor in Plymouth to help organise maintenance work in social housing. This is an entry level position with no previous experience in the sector required however experience in a customer services role would be an advantage.

Duties will include:

- making initial contact with tenants

- liaising with tenants to organise access times and requirements

- visiting tenants to build and maintain relationships and assisting with the planning process.

- consult with tenants in regards to materials and finishes available.

- Maintain and develop all tenant related activities with control and co-ordination

- liaising with contractors to organise planned works.

- project administration work

Skills required:

- communication skills, written and verbal.

- strong organisational and planning skills.

requirements for the Customer Services Advisor role:

- Full drivers License with own transport.

- customer services experience.
