Reception Manager - Boutique Members Club
Our high end client is a beautiful members club in Knightsbridge, searching for a receptionist to provide first class service to its growing base of members, manage a team of receptionists and ensure a smooth operation day to day.
- Club Reception management
- Day to day management of all Club Reception staff, ensure training and development is in place
- Ensure the highest standard of meet & greet with all members and guests
- Ensure the member and guest experience is to the highest standard; implementing changes to improve where necessary
- Ensure Club service & standards are 5 star at all times through regular Club walk rounds, on the spot employee coaching and interactions with members
- Planning ahead for all events and Club operations to ensure smooth running at all times
- Manage & submit monthly stationary order.
- Promote the clubs facilities such as spa, gym, and F&B Facilities
- Diary management and bookings
