An exciting opportunity to join a unique industry-driven research network working with some of the leading academic institutions across the globe.

The Role

In this full-time role, you will work closely with the WRN Management team, WRN research managers and WTW stakeholders to organise, track and report on our diverse portfolio of research. You will also coordinate the internal and external knowledge campaigns for the WRN.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the planning, progress and delivery of a wide portfolio of research projects, with an eye on resource management, resource allocation and the need for prioritisation.
  • Report on the research portfolio in user-friendly ways (e.g. Power BI) for stakeholders to review
  • Provide best practice and process advice on project management and operations to our internal team
  • Help tracking of various programme governance items including identify and manage the risk, issue and change resolution process, and work with the team to identify and take action as needed
  • Coordinate our internal and external knowledge campaigns: intranet, website, social media, webinars and in-person events
  • Liaise with offices and teams world-wide to support the engagement of WRN activities within regional offices

The Requirements
  • Excellent, proven project management skills
  • Solid understanding of risk management best practice
  • Genuine interest in, and ability to adapt to and learn, new areas of expertise
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation and drive
  • The ability to work both in a team and autonomously, with a general willingness to learn and grow within a global market leader
  • Strong inter-personal skills, and ability to deploy effective communication techniques in internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise project work
  • Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting
  • Familiarity with academia, and interest in bridging the gap between research and industry would be advantageous
