90,000 - 110,000 + PENSION + BONUS

An exciting Fintech company is currently hiring for a Senior Decision Science Manager. This role will sit in the decision and data science team and will involve working on model development and statistical analysis.

THE COMPANY

This Fintech company is based in London. They are a responsible lender with their focus being on customer well-being which has allowed them to grow and become very successful. They have a few offices in the UK and have a hybrid working from home and office system providing great flexibility for its workers.

THE ROLE

The role is a Senior Decision Science Manager position which will involve leading a variety of analytical projects encompassing all functions of the company.

You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:

• Lead the development of Credit Risk, IFRS9, Finance and Collection models to optimise strategies and profitability on portfolios
• Identify new opportunities and improvements in current modelling practices
• Grow and evolve the team's technical capabilities, researching and launching new methodologies and tools
• Lead the team and help develop analysts' skills

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience using SAS/SQL/Python
• Experience managing a team
• Strong experience in credit risk modelling
• Experience working with scorecards
• Experience working with regulatory models
• A strong university degree in a numerate discipline

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• 90,000 to 110,000 base salary
