Digital Technology Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a strong customer service assistant to join a savvy tech start-up based in East London. An interest and prior experience within digital technology is a must. This is a temporary position starting immediately and will be for at least one month with a view to extending if it's the right fit.

Duties will include:

• Responding to incoming enquiries via phone, email and instant messaging
• Logging all correspondence in an internal system
• Provide guidance to customers with issues related to their account
• Working closely with platform creators to understand all elements of the system

You must have

• A passion and knowledge of digital technology
• Prior experience within this field
• A Bachelor's degree or similar
• A friendly disposition
• High attention to detail
