PMO Project Support Officer

I am currently recruiting for a PMO Project Support Officer to join a NHS Trust based in Central London. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Digital PMO in rolling out the capital expenditure mobilisation plan. NHS experience is highly beneficial. This will be an initial 3 month contract, paying between £200-260 a day, outside IR35.

The role will involve a lot of engagement with all the scheme and Project leads to identify where the capital elements will be spent, engagement with our Finance to seek agreement to capitalise these project costs, engage with our procurement Lead to seek the quickest procurement routes. As well as engagement with suppliers to obtain quotes, raise purchase orders, and plan for the delivery arrangements of some of the hardware location wise.

You will also be required to support on general PMO admin and other coordination tasks.

You must be able to liaise with a number of stakeholders / scheme leads as part of the capital expenditure mobilisation plan, be influential and constantly chase for progress on all deliverables.
