Contract Mechanical Design Engineer

The Redline Group are seeking a highly skilled Contract Mechanical Design Engineer to support our Suffolk-based client on a potential long-term opportunity.

This role has an indicative OUTSIDE IR35 determination therefore we can accept candidates who would like to operate through their own PSC

Working on exciting projects within a niche electronics and engineering market, they are providing ruggedised and long-lasting equipment, which will be used around the world. As a result of a major project win, they are seeking an experienced professional to complete a specific set of client requirements.

Key Skills Required - Contract Mechanical Design Engineer, Suffolk
- Proven experience of working with NX/Unigraphics
- Experience of working with machined parts/castings
- Experience of working with plastic injection moulded parts
- Experience with tolerancing/GD&T and high precision designs
- Hydraulics/pneumatics experience is also highly desirable
